Transitioning into the logistics and freight forwarding space, Abhishek leverages his extensive experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth to strengthen Merix Cargo Lines’ market presence. Ujjawal Sinha is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Merix Cargo Lines, with over 11 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Manav Bharti University, Solan, Himachal Pradesh.

He leads core operational and commercial functions, including pricing strategy, client quotations, and negotiation of air and sea freight with global partners. He works closely with overseas agents to secure competitive rates and ensure efficient, cost-optimized logistics solutions.

Ujjawal oversees contract transportation, freight consolidation, and end-to-end execution, while also driving process efficiency and team performance through strong leadership and operational discipline.
